Onsite Packs — Grow and Save
Onsite users come in 5-seat packs. Each additional pack costs less, so scaling your field crew stays cost-effective.
What is the difference between onsite and office users?
Office users access Cable Pilot through a web browser — they manage projects, review progress, generate reports, and coordinate contractors. Onsite users work directly on the vessel using a dedicated smartphone and tablet app — they scan QR codes, report cable and equipment status, flag issues, and document work in real time. Each user type is licensed separately because they serve different roles in the installation workflow.
What is included in the free trial?
Every plan starts with a full-featured 30-day free trial with no restrictions. You get complete access to all features in your chosen plan. At the end of the trial, continue with a subscription or request a data export.
What does guided onboarding cost?
Our team sets up Cable Pilot for your specific project — importing cable lists, configuring user roles, and training your onsite and office teams. During the onboarding period, your subscription is 50% off. Business plans include 2 months, Enterprise plans include 3 months at half price.
How do add-on user packs work?
The Business plan includes 5 onsite users and 2 office users. Need more? Add office seats individually or onsite users in 5-seat packs. Both follow volume pricing — each additional seat or pack costs less than the previous one. Enterprise plans include unlimited users from the start.
What is Cable Pilot AI?
Cable Pilot AI acts as a digital engineering assistant. It cross-references cables, equipment, and drawings automatically — flagging discrepancies and suggesting corrections that would take hours to catch manually. It also handles statistical analysis and progress forecasting, helping your team focus on decisions instead of data gathering. Available in Business and Enterprise plans.
What is the Collaboration Engine?
The Collaboration Engine connects everyone involved in the electrical installation. It includes external user accounts, approval and handover workflows, entity-level comments, quality issue tracking, and role-based dashboards. Each stakeholder sees only what matters to their role. Available in Business and Enterprise plans.
What does Change Management include?
Change Management tracks every modification to project scope — added cables, relocated equipment, revised routing. It captures who requested the change, who approved it, and how it affects progress and documentation. This creates a transparent audit trail for disputes, claims, and final handover. Available in Business and Enterprise plans.
What does self-hosted deployment mean?
Self-hosted means Cable Pilot runs on your own servers or private infrastructure instead of our cloud. Your data never leaves your network. This option is preferred by shipyards and contractors with strict data sovereignty requirements or limited internet connectivity on-site. Available in Business (as an option) and Enterprise (standard).
What is ERP & CAD integration?
The Enterprise plan connects Cable Pilot directly to your existing ERP systems and CAD/engineering tools. Import cable lists, equipment data, and drawing references automatically instead of manual entry. Changes sync bi-directionally, keeping your engineering database and Cable Pilot aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Enterprise only.
